Bernard Moreau is an esthete, he handles with ease "the verb and the deck“. The family estate of 8 ha is predominantly located on clay and limestone slopes which requires a lot of mulch. In addition to limiting erosion, these practices give a constant supply of humus and "natural" ventilation which keeps the microbial soil life healthy. Bernard is meticulous about the care of his vines. He spends much of his time in his vineyards; pruning, cutting, de-budding and green harvest as often as is required.
