"Can't we just get rid of wine lists? Do we really have to be reminded every time we go out to a nice restaurant that we have no idea what we are doing? Why don't they just give us a trigonometry...

Domaine Bernard Moreau Chardonnay 2010
The Chardonnay grape is the pride of Bernard Moreau; grown on the white marl of Mancey which gives the mineral scents and on the red light earth of Noyers Perriaux which gives the roundness. Harvest is done by hand in small boxes. The grapes are then brought back to the winery very carefully. The pressing is very soft in order to extract the most of fruit. After fermentation, one part of the cuvée is put in stainless steel tank when the second part is aged into wood barrels for about 10 months...
